How do I change my password?
Go to your account page. Then click on the green "EDIT INFO" button to the left of your email address and follow the instructions on the following page.
Can I have more than 4 users access my plan?
Yes, but only 4 unique user name and passwords can be created. We recommend creating "groups" for these. Here's an example: create a user name "partner" and then a password of your choice. Then give out that user name and password for all of your existing and potential partners.
How do I cancel my account?
As much as we'd like you to stay, there's an easy way to cancel your account. Go to your account screen, and at the very bottom, follow the cancellation instructions.
How do I change my business plan?
You can do this from your account screen. Go to "HOSTING INFO" and find the link that says upload a new plan. You can also remove your existing plan here and change the user name/passwords of the people currently able to view your business plan.
