Portfolio Mag Tests Bush's Theory That Wall Street's Drunk.
It's a slow news day, or at least that's what we thought until we noticed this story over at Portfolio. Inspired by President Bush's comment to a group of moneybags last week that the problem with the economy is that "Wall Street Got Drunk," Portfolio decided to find out if it's true.
